An Interest Bearing Token (IBT) is any token that acts as an intermideary of a vault token given by Beefy.Finance.

sub-DAO

A sub-DAO (sDAO) is any works to create value in another DAO. Wagyu.Studio is a sub-DAO to the Beefy.Finance DAO and the sub-DAO is subject to the tokenomics and governance of the sub-DAO.

A sub-DAO is a DAO which was created specifically to serve another DAO. Think of it like a division in a company whose ultimate goal is to create value for its parent company. The Wagyu DAO is a sub-DAO to the Beefy.Finance DAO.
